Farm To Kitchen

What do fresh farm veggies and fruit taste like?

For All Communities

Farm To Kitchen teaches youth how fresh ingredients go from the garden straight to the plate through exciting cooking experiences and nutrition education. Participants harvest produce, create healthy meals, and discover the connection between food, wellness, and culture.

What is the project about ?

Farm To Kitchen is a hands-on nutrition and culinary education program that teaches youth and families how to grow, harvest, and prepare healthy meals using fresh produce. The program encourages healthier lifestyles while helping participants better understand where food comes from and how food choices impact wellness.
By combining agriculture and cooking education, Farm To Kitchen creates fun, interactive experiences that build confidence in the kitchen while encouraging sustainable food practices and family engagement.
