Kendall's Kids Marketplace Program Info

Eligibility:

Applicants must be aged 10-18 years.
Must operate their own business.
Products must be related to agribusiness or ag-byproducts (e.g., soy candles, lemonade, 100% cotton T-shirts, pure textile products, fresh produce).
Program Requirements: To participate, youth must complete a series of workshops designed to equip them with essential business skills. The workshops will cover the following areas:

Business Operation: Understanding the fundamentals of running a business.
Marketing & Promotion: Strategies to effectively market and promote products.
CEO Meet-ups: Networking opportunities with successful business leaders.
Parental/Guardian Involvement:

Parents or guardians are required to volunteer for KRGH events in collaboration with the Hawks Vendor Opportunity.
Volunteering is essential to support KRGH's mission and vision.
There are 140 events, including Hawks games and concerts, that require volunteer support.
Application Process: Interested youth should fill out the application form to participate. The application will assess their business idea and readiness to engage in the program.

Location

This can be anywhere within the City of Atlanta and surrounding cities.

Date

The new program will start March 2025-2026. Application for youths to participate is January 6th, 2025.

Kendall's Kids Marketplace is a unique opportunity for young entrepreneurs aged 10-18 to showcase and sell their agribusiness products or ag-byproducts. Hosted by Kendall Rae's Green Heart (KRGH), this marketplace will take place over 12 weekends in 2025 at Atlantic Station. All marketplace expenses are covered by KRGH, ensuring a cost-free experience for participating youth.
